Mohan is one of the UK’s leading experts in the regeneration of business and industrial parks. With more than 30 years’ experience working with businesses and the public sectors UK wide and Internationally.

Mohan’s key skill is connecting businesses and stakeholders to enable engagement which has created growth. He has worked with a wide variety of businesses, from start- ups to some of the world’s brand leaders. He pioneered the revival of Langthwaite Business Park in West Yorkshire and led the formation of one of the first subscription-based business park associations in the country

Karen has an excellent understanding of business and local communities along with strong partnership and research skills. She made a highly effective contribution to the successful Regional Improvement and Efficiency Project (RIEP), which engaged with the 22 local authorities across Yorkshire and the Humber and the European MITKE projects, which collaborated with 11 partners from 7 countries.

Karen, was awarded an MBE in 2010 for her services to reduce business crime and is responsible for ensuring all RCP21 projects are delivered on time and within budget and that they meet the quality requirements of our clients.

Nicola’s role includes business development and client engagement and provides support in the delivery of external projects. Nicola is experienced in how to market and promote businesses and possesses strong organisational skills to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently, effectively and on time.

Lesley is Operations Co-Ordinator and has a wealth of experience of liaising with personnel and building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders, external customers and clients. Lesley’s role is ensuring that the Security Services run by RCP21 are delivered effectively.

Lesley has a strong understanding and vast experience of businesses’ operational needs and daily requirements. She plays a key role in the delivery of external projects.

Anne is an experienced Finance Officer with over 30 years of experience. Anne is responsible for managing all financial systems and ensuring the integrity, efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes for the organisation.

Anne’s role includes the preparation of accurate financial records and monitoring and managing cash flow, cash reserves and investments. Providing weekly financial claim reports, Anne also assists in the preparation of funding bids.

Rae is Emeritus Professor of Electronic Imaging at the University of Bradford, UK, where he has been a member of the professoriate since 1995. He was the University of Bradford’s Dean of the School of Informatics from 1999–2007 and Pro Vice-Chancellor (Strategic Systems Development) from 2004–2009.

He has been a Visiting Professor at Illinois Institute of Technology, George Washington University, USA and Northwestern Polytechnical University, China. He is also a member of ACM, IEEE, CGS, Eurographics, and a Fellow of the British Computer Society and the Institute of Physics.

Rae has been author and collaborator in a large number of funded European R & D projects involving industry and research laboratories. He has also acted as a reviewer and auditor of European projects and proposals since 1990.

The author and editor 45 books on computer graphics, visualisation, multimedia, design, and virtual reality, Rae has also published over 200 papers in these areas.

Dr Ci Lei is an Associate Professor who joined Bradford in October 2013 from Lancaster University where he worked as a post-doctoral research associate. Ci has a PhD in Computer Science from University of Bradford. His main research interests are in the areas related to Computer Science including Quantum Information Processing and Machine Learning. Over the years, he has published research articles in leading international journals (such as Quantum Information Processing, Journal of Physics, Annal of Physics, Journal of Mathematical Physics), given talks at international conferences, has been an invited speaker at various research seminars, and acted as a reviewer for leading international journals. He is a member of the Computational Modelling Research Group within the School of Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence and Electronics (CSAIE) and his involvement in various research projects, often in partnership with industry stakeholders, are examples of his commitment to translating research into real-world applications. His research projects were funded by funders including Innovate UK, Technology Strategy Board (TSB) and Yorkshire based funding schemes.
