Business Park Management
RCP21 has successfully managed and delivered the daily services of Langthwaite Business Park since we were founded in 2011. We also work in collaboration with many organisations on business parks across the region.
The extensive knowledge we have gained over the years means we know how to maximise the commercial benefits for businesses based on business and industrial parks.
We offer business park management that includes CCTV installation and monitoring, guarding, mobile patrols, winter gritting, bulk buying and other bespoke services.
Public Sector

We have experience in developing, implementing and managing BIDs. We were appointed to scope, develop and deliver the Langthwaite Business Association’s BID. We have successfully managed it over 9 years.
Security Services
We use state-of-the-art equipment to monitor premises across industrial and business parks. If you require CCTV but do not have the resources to monitor images we can help you.
Our high profile patrol teams use branded vehicles as a visible deterrent, which gives our clients peace of mind.
Business owners who do not wish to be called out when their premises are not in use can take advantage of our key holding service.
Our monitoring station team is on hand to visit and check the premises should an alarm be activated. We make sure that your building is secure and will report the issue to you and keep you updated.
